Tadayun: Jurnal Hukum Ekonomi Syariah is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal managed by the Sharia Economic Law Department, Faculty of Sharia, UIN Datokarama Palu. The journal serves as a platform for the publication and immediate open-access dissemination of research. The core focus of Tadayun encompasses (but is not limited to) Economic and Business Law from both Islamic and Positive Law perspectives, Islamic Business Ethics, and the Halal Industry. Tadayun is published biannually in June and December.

The editorial team invites scholars, researchers, lecturers, and practitioners to contribute by submitting their original research articles. Tadayun is dedicated to the critical and in-depth analysis of Economic and Business Law, emphasizing its regulatory, practical, and societal impacts.

We extend our gratitude for your participation and support in submitting articles. In our efforts to develop and improve the quality of articles in Tadayun: Jurnal Hukum Ekonomi Syariah, we are pleased to announce that a new article template will be effective starting from  Volume 5, Issue 1, in 2024. This change aims to improve the quality and consistency of our publications. Submissions that do not adhere to the template or our writing guidelines will, unfortunately, be rejected.
