About the Journal

Tadayun: Jurnal Hukum Ekonomi Syariah is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal established in 2020 and managed by the Department of Sharia Economic Law, Faculty of Sharia, State Islamic Institution Palu, Indonesia. In 2021 The institution now became State Islamic University (UIN) Datokarama Palu.

The journal publishes scholarly articles in the fields of Sharia economic law, business law, Islamic business ethics, halal industry, Islamic finance law, and contemporary fiqh muamalah. It welcomes normative, empirical, and interdisciplinary studies that examine economic and business law from Islamic law and positive law perspectives.

Tadayun is published twice a year, in June and December. All submitted manuscripts must follow the journal’s author guidelines and publication ethics.
